MANDATE FOR THE DRAFTING AND LODGMENT OF A DEED OF TRUST

BACKGROUND

I/We, the undersigned, are hereby requesting any authorised employee of De Klerk & Van Gend Inc, including its successors in title ("the Agent"), to assist with the preparation, drafting, and lodgment of a Deed of Trust with the Master.

1. Financial Intelligence Centre Act 38 of 2001, as amended;

2. General Laws Amendment Act 22 of 2022; and

3. Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA").

This mandate is valid from the date signed by the me/us despite the subsequent departure from office of any person who signed this mandate, and will expire once cancelled by either the me/us or the Agent.

POPIA

The Agent will require me/us to provide him/her/them with the necessary information deemed to be "personal information" and we hereby consent to make such information available as per the different Acts, specifically with regards to the subject matter, in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, as effective from 1 July 2021.

If the Agent's services are terminated, the Agent is herewith authorised to retain correspondence and records received for a period of seven years.

MANDATE

I/We, hereby confirm that the information given to the Agent, on an ongoing basis, is and will be true and correct at all times. I/We hereby mandate the Agent to file/upload the information, inclusive of any documentation as may be required by the Master from time to time, as required by the Master with regards to the lodgment of the Deed of Trust with the Master.

I/We hereby indemnify the Agent, including its successors in title, in the event that information per the data and/or documentation as provided to the Master, as part of the filing of the lodgment of the Deed of Trust, are misstated or any non-compliance of the Trust occurred and of any consequences of such misstatements or non-compliance.
